Our stay was quite mixed at the resort. While we faced some significant issues with the booking and staff communication, there were glimpses of helpfulness from certain team members that made the experience somewhat bearable. The location is beautiful, but be prepared for some inconsistencies in service and standards.

We initially had a twin room, which felt cramped for our family of four. The room was clean and tidy, but nothing spectacular. The king suite had a musty smell and the overwater villa we eventually moved to had a leaking shower. Rating: 5

The service varied greatly; there were moments of frustration due to miscommunications, but some staff members like Rashmi and Randy were truly exceptional and went out of their way to help. Overall, it was a hit-or-miss experience. Rating: 6

Location

The resort is situated in a stunning part of Vanuatu, and we loved being able to explore the beautiful surroundings. It's a short distance from Port Vila, making shops and restaurants easily accessible. Rating: 9
